Salary/Earning: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month*
Accommodation: ₹3,500 for the first month only
Job Responsibilities
- Customers/clients ke saath professional communication maintain karna.
- Customer queries ko understand karke appropriate information provide karna.
- New customers ke saath relationship develop karna.
- Follow-up calls/messages aur customer coordination karna.
- Customer feedback collect karna aur team ko report karna.
- Company ke products/services ke baare mein customers ko explain karna.
- Daily work aur customer-related activities ki basic reporting maintain karna.
- Team ke saath coordinate karke assigned targets complete karna.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass.
- Good communication skills.
- Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
- Fresher candidates bhi apply kar sakte hain.
- Positive attitude aur learning ability.
- Customer dealing aur follow-up mein interest.
