Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in construction site execution.
- Experience in residential and commercial building projects will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure smooth site operations.
- Execute work according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Check measurements, quantities, and progress of executed work.
- Plan and track site material requirements and availability.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company procedures.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues at the site.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
