- Manage student counselling and admission processes by understanding student requirements and recommending suitable courses/programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp queries, online counselling sessions, and convert leads into successful enrolments.
- Achieve assigned admission, revenue, and conversion targets through effective sales strategies and follow-ups.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, counselling, negotiation, closure, and onboarding of students.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing guidance, regular follow-ups, and ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Handle student/parent objections related to fees, course structure, career opportunities, and competition with effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling details, and conversion status through CRM systems.
- Track daily performance metrics including calls, counselling sessions, conversions, revenue, and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with academic, operations, and support teams for smooth student onboarding and issue resolution.
- Support promotional activities, webinars, admission campaigns, and student engagement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of courses/programs.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and student expectations to improve counselling effectiveness.
- Ensure high student satisfaction, retention, and overall customer experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
