· Mapping/adding of new medical equipment’s and maintaining 100% accuracy with regard to equipment database.
· Optimum consumption of spare parts.
· Building strong relationship with customer and ensuring receival of appreciation letter.
· Provide technical support and training to clinical staff on the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment and devices
· Maintain a service history of the equipment ,service calls attended ,pending ,indent raised .
· Prepare daily reports and submit to DI for the record.
· On time completion against the commitments.
Co ordinate with the OEM for the equipment under warranty
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
