Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily canteen operations and ensure smooth service.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance.
- Supervise canteen staff, schedules, and attendance.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and stock levels.
- Control food costs and minimize wastage.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues.
- Coordinate maintenance of kitchen equipment and facilities.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in canteen, cafeteria, or restaurant operations.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
