Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Commercial Leasing Manager to lead the leasing of commercial properties, including office spaces, retail outlets, warehouses, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leasing opportunities, acquiring new tenants, maintaining relationships with corporate clients and channel partners, negotiating lease agreements, and achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue.
- Identify, approach, and acquire prospective tenants through direct sales, networking, referrals, and channel partners.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, consultants, and real estate agencies.
- Negotiate commercial lease terms, rental rates, security deposits, lock-in periods, escalation clauses, and other contractual terms.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for lease documentation and closure.
- Maintain an updated database of available inventory, tenant enquiries, and leasing status.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, rental benchmarks, and demand for commercial spaces.
- Prepare leasing proposals, presentations, MIS reports, and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure timely renewal of lease agreements and maintain strong tenant relationships.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate quality leasing leads through online and offline campaigns.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual leasing targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Real Estate is preferred.
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing.
- Proven experience in leasing office spaces, retail outlets, business parks, or commercial projects.
- Strong network with corporate clients, IPCs, brokers, and channel partners will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
