Requirement of a purchase manager with 6 years plus experience in real estate construction industry.
Establish procurement strategies for acquisition, receiving, and tracking of project materials. Work collaboratively with Construction management and the Design team to coordinate supplier selection, credit, and terms, track supplier performance standards, and conduct the ongoing evaluation. Collaborate with management in the negotiation of contracts and lines of credit with suppliers and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure construction materials (cement, steel, tiles, sanitary, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Plan material requirements and coordinate with site teams
- Negotiate rates and maintain vendor relationships
- Create POs, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely supply
- Verify quality & quantity of materials and maintain proper documentation
- Assist in cost control and prepare purchase reports
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
