We at Oxybee Solutions Pvt Ltd are looking to hire a Tender Executive.
Below mentioned is the job description for the role.
Focuses on preparing technical and commercial bids, evaluating tender documents (RFQ/NIT), calculating costs, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. Key responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), coordinating with vendors for equipment pricing, and ensuring competitive, timely submission.
· Tender Analysis: Reviewing tender documents, technical specifications, and drawings to understand project scope.
· Proposal Preparation: Drafting technical proposals, compliance statements, and commercial bids for WTP, ETP, STP, and RO projects.
· Cost Estimation: Developing detailed cost estimates, including material, labor, equipment (pumps, filters, chemical dosing), and installation costs.
· Vendor Coordination: Requesting quotes from suppliers, negotiating prices, and evaluating vendor offers.
· Document Management: Preparing and organizing all necessary tender documentation (EMD, bank guarantees, technical data sheets) for submission.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
