Role Overview
We are looking for friendly and responsible individuals who can help us with outreach and follow-ups.
This role involves:
- Speaking with schools to support information sharing
- Connecting with parents for gentle reminders and coordination
This is not a sales-heavy role — it is more about clear communication, consistency, and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to schools and coordinate with teachers/coordinators
- Request schools to share relevant information with students
- Speak with parents to gently remind and guide them on next steps
- Do simple follow-ups via calls or messages
- Maintain basic tracking of interactions and responses
Who This Is For
- Students or freshers comfortable speaking in English
- Someone who is polite, patient, and confident on calls
- Good at following up without being pushy
- Responsible and consistent in completing tasks
