Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Wire Cut (EDM) Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for operating and setting up Wire EDM machines to produce precision components as per drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Operate CNC Wire Cut (EDM) machine
Perform job setup, wire threading, and alignment.
2) Set and adjust offsets as per drawing requirements.
3) Read and understand engineering drawings.
4) Monitor machining process and ensure accuracy.
5) Maintain machine cleanliness and basic maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–5 years experience in Wire EDM machining.
- Experience with Sodick CNC wire cut & concord Resusable wire cut machines preferred.
- Basic knowledge of program handling and editing.
- Understanding of tolerances and precision work.
Salary:
- Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and skill level.
