Job Description:-
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software
- Track customer feedback and share insights for service improvement
- Support sales team with client coordination, documentation, and order processing
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and handover from sales team
- Prepare regular customer reports and status updates for management
- Follow company policies and customer service standards
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Need candidate at least 4-5 years and above experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
