About the Role
Bagel Brigade Foods LLP is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives, promote our brand, and help drive customer engagement. This role is ideal for candidates who are creative, proactive, and passionate about marketing and the food & beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and brand activations.
- Visit colleges, corporate offices, and local businesses for marketing and partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Coordinate with outlet teams to execute local marketing initiatives.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and promotional content.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Generate leads and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the city for marketing activities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is an added advantage.
