Telecaller**
**About the role**
We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Telecaller to join our sales and support team. In this role, you will engage with prospects and existing clients over the phone, driving lead qualification, appointment setting, and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, presenting products and services effectively.
- Qualify leads, gather relevant information, and update the CRM with accurate data.
- Schedule appointments and follow‑up calls for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff.
- Resolve basic customer inquiries and issues, escalating complex matters to appropriate departments.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume and conversion targets.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in a call‑center, sales, or customer‑service role.
- Strong verbal communication and active‑listening skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle rejection gracefully.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with inbound call handling or technical support.
- Familiarity with telemarketing best practices and compliance regulations.
- Basic data analysis skills to track call metrics and improve performance.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
