Job Title: Production Supervisor

- Oversee and manage daily production activities
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Prepare and maintain production reports
- Supervise operator maintenance and ensure machines are functioning efficiently
- Lead and guide production team members
- Maintain effective communication across departments
Qualifications:
- Any Degree or Diploma in Textile
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong leadership abilities
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of production management
- Ability to handle operator maintenance and reporting
