Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to handle client acquisition, property sales, site visits, and customer relationship management. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales ability, and knowledge of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals professionally.
- Assist clients with booking documentation and payment procedures.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, competitor projects, and inventory.

Qualifications
