The Manager – People & Administration will play a dual role of driving people-centric initiatives while ensuring smooth administrative operations across the organization. This role is critical to building a strong work culture, fostering employee engagement, and enabling effective systems that support the organization’s mission.

Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, exits).

Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.

Partner with managers to support team development, conflict resolution, and career growth.

Ensure policies and practices are updated, compliant, and employee-friendly.

Lead initiatives around diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing.

Oversee day-to-day office administration, vendor management, and facility management.

Ensure compliance with statutory, labor laws, and organizational policies.

Manage contracts, service providers, and procurement processes effectively.

Oversee logistics, travel arrangements, and asset management.

Drive digital adoption in administrative systems for efficiency.

Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities across people and administrative functions.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR/administration tools.

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

6–8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Experience in NGOs/social development sector will be an added advantage.
