Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle end-to-end recruitment process
✔ Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
✔Screen and shortlist suitable candidates
✔ Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule further rounds
✔ Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requirements
✔ Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
✔ Ensure timely closure of open positions
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
