Role Overview
The Operation & Quality Manager will be responsible for end-to-end operational management along with implementation of quality assurance systems across all training centers under DDU-GKY. The role demands strong leadership, compliance monitoring, and performance-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities
1️ Operational Management
- Oversee training center operations
- Monitor mobilization, batch progress, and trainer performance
- Ensure adherence to DDU-GKY operational guidelines
- Coordinate with PIAs and government authorities
2️ Quality Assurance & Monitoring
- Develop and implement Quality Monitoring Framework
- Conduct surprise inspections and internal audits
- Ensure NSQF alignment and SSC compliance
- Monitor training delivery quality and assessment readiness
- Track placement documentation accuracy
3️ Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure zero tolerance for compliance deviations
- Maintain inspection-ready documentation
- Address audit observations within defined timelines
- Monitor biometric attendance & infrastructure standards
4️ Performance & Reporting
- Develop monthly performance dashboards
- Track KPI achievement across centers
- Submit MPRs and compliance reports on time
- Analyze dropout and placement gaps and suggest corrective actions
Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of DDU-GKY SOPs & guidelines
- Understanding of NSQF framework & Sector Skill Councils
- Strong MIS & Excel (Advanced level preferred)
- Audit handling and compliance documentation expertise

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- MBA / PGDM preferred
- Minimum 3 years as Operation Manager in DDU-GKY projects
- 5+ years in Skill Development Programs overall

- Has successfully managed 3+ centers simultaneously
- Proven record of achieving placement targets
- Experience handling state or national-level audits
- Strong understanding of skill ecosystem and livelihood programs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
