We are currently looking for Billing Executive
Experience required - Atleast 2 years experience exclusively in Billing and in Project Billing / Client /Contractor Billing
Salary - As per company standards
Location- Pune
Responsibillity:
a. Daily invoice creation for Technoclean – all branches
b. Daily invoice creation for CRADLE AMC – all branches
c. Daily invoice creation for CRADLE AMC Parts – all branches
d. Update customer data in tally
e. Creation of Proforma Invoices for Technoclean and CRADLE, as required
f. Generation of e-invoices for Technoclean and CRADLE after confirmation from branches
Ensuring timely receipt of necessary details for billing and e-invoicing
Using Zoho Portal for e-invoice creation and submission ( For both )
g. Uploading invoices & Quotation and bid to various client-specific portals including (
Infosys, embassy cupa HCL, Sun Pharma etc)
h. Ensuring timely and accurate uploads as per each client's requirements
i. Creation and regular updating of Excel sheets for sales data
j. Updating the daily invoice tracking sheet
k. Posting and updating invoices in Tally for Technoclean and CRADLE
l. Creation of credit notes as needed
m. Creation of new ledgers in Tally as required for both companies
n. Providing sales data to CA for GST filing for Techno & CRL
o. Updating GST filing details from the 1st to 11th of every month for both Technoclean and
CRADLE (AMC)
p. Providing necessary financial data to the Accounts Department
q. Verifying and reviewing invoices before final submission
r. Uploading invoices on portals and submitting data as per branch requests
s. Daily coordination with clients and internal departments through email regarding invoice
queries, approvals, and data sharing
t. Updating the daily invoice tracking sheet
u. Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates
etc.)
