Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Projects (Solar EPC) to lead the execution of Ground-Mounted Solar EPC projects across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project execution, site management, contractor coordination, quality assurance, safety compliance, and timely project delivery. The role requires strong technical knowledge of Solar EPC projects and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of Ground-Mounted Solar EPC projects from site mobilization to commissioning.
- Plan, supervise, and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, daily progress reports, weekly updates, and MIS reports.
- Manage manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and material availability at project sites.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and company quality standards.
- Monitor civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical installation activities.
- Coordinate testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines and statutory regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and safety meetings regularly.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, DISCOMs, and other external stakeholders during project execution.
- Support project documentation, billing measurements, material reconciliation, and final project closure.
- Travel to project sites across Gujarat as required.

Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Ground-Mounted Solar EPC or Utility-Scale Solar Projects.
- Proven experience in site execution, contractor management, and project coordination.
- Strong understanding of Solar PV systems, engineering drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work at project sites across Gujarat.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Utility-Scale or Ground-Mounted Solar Power Plant projects.
- Knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera (preferred).
- Familiarity with HT/LT electrical systems, switchyards, and commissioning activities.
- Understanding of applicable safety standards, QA/QC procedures, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to lead site teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
