We have an urgent requirement for Office coordinator for our office located in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer support, service coordination, and front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, inquiries, and service requests professionally.
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and coordinate service activities.
- Schedule service visits and provide status updates to customers and management.
- Coordination with technical teams and provide timely updates to both customers and management.
- Arrange courier/porter services, track shipments, and maintain records.
- Manage faulty material replacement and repair processes.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service records and reports using Microsoft Excel.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and customer handling abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Professional, courteous, soft-spoken, and customer-oriented.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
