Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations, ensure excellent guest service, and manage a team of bartenders and bar staff. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for mixology, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the bar team during shifts
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Ensure consistent beverage quality, presentation, and service
- Manage inventory and place orders for bar supplies
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Train and mentor new bar staff
- Prepare shift schedules and ensure proper staffing
- Monitor bar performance and implement improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender
- In-depth knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
