Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to handle and grow our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, trends, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars
- Create engaging posts, captions, and reels ideas
- Analyze performance and optimize campaigns
- Stay updated with social media trends
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors
- Handle client communication when required
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in social media management (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Instagram & Facebook algorithms
- Basic understanding of Canva / design tools
- Creative mindset with trend awareness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in running Meta Ads
- Video editing knowledge
- Content writing / script writing
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
