- Process monthly payroll activities accurately and within timelines.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions before salary processing.
- Maintain employee payroll data, salary structures, and HRMS records.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
- Coordinate with accounts and finance departments for salary disbursement and reconciliations.
- Handle Full & Final Settlement (F&F) processing for resigned employees.
- Prepare MIS reports related to payroll, manpower, leave, and statutory compliance.
- Support audits by maintaining proper payroll documentation and records.
- Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory benefits.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
- Assist in HR operations, onboarding, employee documentation, and policy implementation.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and challans.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
