The Client Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service delivery, handling customer queries, coordinating with internal departments, and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience while supporting business growth through effective relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Sales Support, or Relationship Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
