Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and market expansion across Delhi NCR. Develop and strengthen dealer and distributor networks. Appoint new channel partners and manage existing relationships. Generate business opportunities through builders, architects, contractors, consultants, and institutional customers. Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor collections and ensure healthy business relationships. Lead negotiations and close business deals effectively. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2–10 years of sales experience. Experience in Building Materials, Sanitaryware, Plumbing, Pipes & Fittings, Water Tanks, Solar Products, Pumps, Hardware, Construction Materials, or related industries. Strong dealer/distributor network within Delhi NCR. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-driven with strong business development capabilities.
