Job Summary
We are seeking a Python Automation Script Developer with 2+ years of experience in developing business logic automation scripts, workflow automation, data processing, and system integrations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python and capable of designing automated solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for business process automation.
- Automate data processing, validation, transformation, and reporting tasks.
- Design workflow automation solutions based on business requirements.
- Integrate with REST APIs, databases, file systems, and third-party services.
- Create scheduled jobs using Cron, Task Scheduler, or similar tools.
- Develop automation for Excel, CSV, PDF, JSON, and XML processing.
- Debug, optimize, and enhance existing automation scripts.
- Implement logging, exception handling, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand automation requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Python development.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming and OOP concepts.

- Knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, or browser automation.
- Experience with Flask or FastAPI.
- Familiarity with AWS or cloud services.
- Understanding of message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
