Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Implementation & Technical Support professional to manage client onboarding, implementation coordination, and post-onboarding support activities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients, coordinating with internal departments and overseas marketing teams, handling client communications, and ensuring timely resolution of client concerns.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills along with a basic understanding of technical support processes and software implementation workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Implementation
- Coordinate the complete onboarding process for newly acquired clients.
- Collect required client information, documents, and onboarding data.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of client-submitted data before implementation.
- Maintain proper onboarding records and implementation documentation.
- Coordinate setup, configuration, and implementation activities with internal teams.
Data Management & Testing
- Handle data collection, formatting, validation, and uploads into the system/software platform.
- Perform initial testing and verification after data uploads and implementation.
- Ensure proper functionality and report discrepancies or issues identified during testing.
- Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes, customizations, or technical support requirements.
Client Communication & Support
- Manage email communications and provide timely responses to client queries and concerns.
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the onboarding and support process.
- Record, track, and follow up on reported issues and client concerns until closure.
- Provide status updates and resolutions to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication.
Coordination with Overseas Marketing Team
- Coordinate with overseas marketing and business teams regarding client onboarding schedules and implementation requirements.
- Arrange and manage client meetings, demos, and training sessions.
- Assist in conducting onboarding and product training sessions for clients.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between clients, marketing teams, and technical departments.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly implementation and support reports.
- Track onboarding progress, pending tasks, issue resolution status, and client feedback.
- Prepare internal reports related to client concerns, escalations, and implementation activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of support activities, training sessions, and client communications.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience in software implementation, technical support, client onboarding, or customer success roles is preferred.
- Experience handling CRM tools, ticketing systems, or implementation tracking tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
