Role Summary:
Senior BA to support pre-sales by understanding client needs, defining solutions, and driving proposal creation to win deals.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand business requirements and pain points

Collaborate with sales team on RFPs, proposals, and solutioning

Create high-level BRDs, scope documents, and estimations

Work with tech teams to define feasible and scalable solutions

Participate in client calls, demos, and requirement discussions

Translate business needs into clear functional requirements

Support deal closure with strong documentation and presentations
Required Skills:

6+ years as Business Analyst in IT services (pre-sales exposure preferred)

Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
-
Experience in proposal writing, estimation, and solutioning

Good understanding of web/mobile, SaaS, and emerging tech (AI is a plus)

Familiarity with Agile and tools like JIRA, Confluence
