Job Overview
VGM Consultants Limited is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller Executives to join our team in Bengaluru. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who possess excellent communication skills in Tamil or Kannada and are eager to build a career in customer service and telecalling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments, services, or other assigned processes.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.
- Meet daily calling and productivity targets.
- Ensure courteous, professional, and customer-friendly communication.
- Follow company policies, compliance standards, and calling guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: PUC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil or Kannada (mandatory).
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- DRA Certification is preferred (higher salary applicable).
- Experience in Collections, Sales, Customer Support, or BPO will be an added advantage.

Salary
₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on qualification, experience, and certifications.
Salary Structure
- PUC Fresher – ₹13,000/month
- PUC with Experience – ₹14,000/month
- Graduate Fresher – ₹14,000/month
- Graduate with Experience (without experience letter/other domain) – ₹15,000/month
- Graduate with Collections/Sales/Customer Support Experience – ₹16,000/month
- PUC + DRA Certified – ₹16,000/month
- Graduate + Relevant Experience + DRA Certified – ₹17,000/month
- Graduate + Relevant Experience + DRA Certified + Police Verification – ₹18,000/month
