Experience: We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience of 10+ years of which minimum 3 years needs to be in a Leadership/Managerial role.
Key responsibility included:
Lead and guide team of Interiors working on various projects to ensure successful and timely completion of the projects.
Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively with client and by workingclosely with the internal team and client’s team.
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
Ensure that all service coordination drawings & Good for construction drawings are checked & released on time for site execution
Profile:
Proven working experience in managing end to end execution of medium and large sized Interior projects.
Strong technical & leadership skills.
Proven track record in developing and leading a team of Architects & Interior Designers.
Great ability to multitask, work independently as well as a team.
Experience working on all aspects of projects, through all stages of work, from concept to completion.
Check and approve all Interior drawings from the points of view of technical completeness, clarity, conformance with standards & site conditions dimensional accuracy and the correct specification of materials and processes.
Project execution, Site coordination, and co-ordination between clients, contractors, consultants and related agencies.
Take up individual responsibilities of project when called upon to do so and handle the project successfully till timely completion independently.
Good communication & presentation skills.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
