Job Summary
The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting daily human resource operations, maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, coordinating HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate candidate communication and interview arrangements
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents
- Conduct employee induction and orientation
Employee Records & HR Documentation
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee documentation
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, warning, and experience letters
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance and leave records
- Assist in benefits administration and employee reimbursements
- Support statutory compliance documentation
HR Operations
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee attendance and leave management systems
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare monthly HR reports and MIS
- Support audits and HR documentation reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR/Admin experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
