About the Role
MetaBlock Technologies LLP is looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive
with strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Lead Generation. The ideal candidate
should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns that
generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI for the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns
(Search, Display, Performance Max,
- YouTube).
- • Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for
- lead generation and conversions.
- • Generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads through paid advertising and organic
- marketing strategies.
- • Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA, ROAS,
- and Conversion Rate.
- • Develop and execute lead generation strategies for software, SaaS products, IT
- services, and technology solutions.
- • Manage landing pages and work with the design/development team to improve
- conversion rates.
- • Set up and monitor Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta
- Pixel, and Conversion Tracking.
- • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
- • Execute SEO (On-page & Off-page) strategies to increase organic traffic.
- • Manage social media marketing across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other
- relevant platforms.
- • Generate leads through LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and remarketing
- campaigns.
- • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, and
- advertising platform updates.
- Required Skills
- • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- • Proven experience in Lead Generation Campaigns.

- • Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM, Meta Pixel, and
- Conversion Tracking.
- • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, remarketing, and landing page optimization.
- • Experience in audience research, funnel creation, and conversion optimization.
- • Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve ROI.
- • Good communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- • Google Ads Certification (Preferred).
- • Meta Blueprint Certification (Preferred).
- • Experience in the IT, Software Development, SaaS, AI, Blockchain, or
- Technology Industry will be an added advantage.
