Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Support Intern to join our customer/technical support team. You will assist in resolving customer queries, troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience. This role is ideal for freshers looking to start a career in customer success or technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Customer Assistance
a)Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner.
b)Log tickets in the support/CRM tool like Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, or Zendesk.
c)Provide first-level troubleshooting for product/service-related issues.
2.Issue Coordination
a)Escalate complex technical issues to L2 support or engineering teams with proper documentation.
b)Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
c)Coordinate with sales, logistics, and tech teams for order/installation queries.
Documentation & Reporting
a)Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
b)Help update FAQs, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
c)Share daily/weekly status of open tickets and common issues with the team.
Learning & Process Improvement
a)Learn product features, workflows, and standard troubleshooting steps.
b) Suggest improvements based on recurring customer feedback.
c)Participate in internal training sessions and team meetings.
Requirements:
1.Education: Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or any discipline with good communication skills.
2. Experience: Fresher. Prior internship or customer-facing experience is a plus.
3.Skills:
a) Good verbal and written communication in English.
b)Regional language is an advantage.
c)Basic understanding of MS Office, email, and ticketing tools.
d)Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
