Job Responsibility.
1. Work with the Customer and Sales to develop a quotable/manufactural solution to the customer’s request and support to production group.
2. Engineering details notes like material strength and grade, IS standards, tolerance, customer tooling solution, BOM and communicate with internal department and external customers.
3. Needed to accurately conceptualize and complete designs
4. Visualize a concept from 2D to 3D
5. Design standard and custom tooling solutions
6. Use AutoCAD software to develop prints and designs for production
7. Create and complete accurate drawings for custom MMS Solar structure, tools and fixtures, under tight time constraints.
8. Ensure timely output of drawings for customer approval.
9. Backup for design review processes.
10. Other tasks as defined by leadership.
Job Qualification/Experience & Technical Skills:
1. Knowledge of AutoCAD (version-2021) in 2D and 3-D modeling with a good knowledge of AutoCAD.
2. Knowledge of solid edge 2020 for making assembly drgs.
3. Conceptual design visualization skills for Solar MMS structure, PEB structure and machine parts drafting/design and the ability to communicate complex ideas to others,
4. Ability to problem solve efficiently, working toward simple solutions to complex problems.
5. Pre engineering of design and able to switch on the design to exiting availability facility.
6. Parts measuring challenging/expertness is required.
7. Ability to review designs for quality control.
8. Must be excellent with computers and file systems
9. Ability to CAM from AutoCAD add on software a plus.
10. Die tools designed and tolerance and operation knowledge.
11. General understanding of material properties, uses, machinability, and finishes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
