Job Title: Radiology Manager
Job Summary:
The Radiology Manager oversees the daily operations of the radiology department, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and optimal utilization of staff and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day radiology department operations.
- Supervise, schedule, and support radiology staff.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate service requirements.
- Optimize workflow and maintain patient satisfaction.
- Prepare departmental reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with physicians and other departments to improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Valid radiology technologist license/registration as applicable.
- 5+ years of radiology experience, including supervisory or management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chalakudi Town, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
