Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must possess extensive hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Moulding operations, machine maintenance, automation systems, and manufacturing excellence practices.
Job Details
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements as per the Factory Act, CPCB Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Demonstrate expertise in technical logic and concepts, including PLC troubleshooting, HMI, Servo, VFD, and Robotics Automation.
- Identify employee training needs and arrange appropriate training programs accordingly.
- Handle recruitment, management, and control of subordinate manpower.
- Possess good knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and soft skills.
- Act as an effective trainer by conducting training sessions and supporting departmental skill improvement initiatives.
- Maintain core knowledge of Power Presses, Hydro-Pneumatic Presses, Ultrasonic Welding Machines, Laser Markers, and Moisturisation Process Machines, including preventive, predictive, CBM, TBM, overhauling, and retrofitting activities.
- Have knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 standards, along with implementation experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in handling and controlling audit documentation as required.
- Maintain core knowledge of Injection Moulding Machines, including preventive, predictive, CBM, TBM, overhauling, and retrofitting activities.
