About the Role
We're looking for a Product Operations professional with a strong sourcing backbone to support Hire22.ai's client mandates across IT and Non IT hiring. This is a hands on role for someone who understands the mechanics of both technical and non technical hiring, can break down a client's requirement into a precise sourcing brief, and knows how to pull relevant profiles from multiple platforms efficiently. You'll be a core operator embedded in how we deliver on hiring mandates, not just a recruiter, but someone who understands the product and process behind sourcing at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and translate client and hiring manager requirements (JD, skills, seniority, budget, location) into clear, actionable sourcing strategies.
- Source and screen candidate profiles across multiple platforms including job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, and niche or industry specific portals, for both IT (tech, product, engineering) and Non IT (sales, ops, finance, pharma, manufacturing, etc.) roles.
- Build and maintain a strong shortlist pipeline for each open mandate, prioritizing quality and relevance over volume.
- Work closely with the product and growth team to give feedback on sourcing tool gaps, platform performance, and profile quality trends.
- Use Hire22.ai's internal tools (SARA, JoinX scoring, candidate database) as part of the sourcing workflow and flag improvement areas.
- Maintain structured trackers (Excel/CRM) for candidate status, source of hire, and mandate progress.
- Coordinate with the sales and client facing team to align sourcing output with client expectations and timelines.
- Continuously map new sourcing channels and platforms relevant to niche or hard to fill roles.
Must Haves
- Solid understanding of both IT hiring (tech stacks, engineering levels, product roles) and Non IT hiring (sales, ops, finance, pharma, etc.), not siloed to one side.
- Hands on sourcing experience across platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Instahyre, industry specific boards, and internal databases.
- Ability to independently interpret a JD or requirement and convert it into a sourcing plan without heavy hand holding.
- Comfortable working with structured trackers (Excel) and CRM style tools.
- Strong ownership mentality, since this is a core operational role and not a support function.
Good to Have
- Prior experience at a recruitment platform, staffing firm, or RPO.
- Familiarity with AI assisted sourcing and scoring tools.
- Exposure to niche mandates (e.g., pharma, GCC, senior/leadership hiring).
Experience & Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years in sourcing, recruitment operations, or talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR specialization is a plus, not mandatory.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
