We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers via phone and live chat, managing order-related inquiries, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from purchase through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers over the phone and through live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Help customers complete their purchases and answer product or order-related questions.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status and provide timely updates.
- Resolve delivery-related concerns and other order-related issues efficiently.
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (8.5-hour shift).
- 1–2 years of prior work experience preferred.
- Previous experience working with a U.S.- or U.K.-based company is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computers and customer service tools.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
