Position: Receptionist
Location: Nadiad
Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet clients professionally.
Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
Manage client appointments and bookings.
Maintain customer records and daily reports.
Coordinate with Beauticians and Hair Stylists.
Handle billing and basic cash transactions.
Explain salon services and packages to clients.
Provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
Gujarati, Hindi and basic English communication.
