Position Summary
Levanza Food and Herbals is looking for an experienced Telecaller / Business Development Executive with a mandatory Pharma Industry background to generate business for PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, business development, and relationship management with distributors, franchise partners, and pharmaceutical marketers across India.
Key Responsibilities: PCD Franchise Business Development
- Generate and develop new PCD Pharma Franchise business opportunities.
- Identify and contact prospective distributors, franchise partners, stockists, and pharma professionals.
- Explain product portfolios, monopoly rights, promotional support, and franchise benefits.
- Convert inquiries into active franchise partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and annual franchise acquisition targets.
Third-Party Manufacturing Business Development
- Generate inquiries and orders for Third-Party Manufacturing services.
- Approach pharmaceutical marketers, companies, and healthcare businesses seeking contract manufacturing.
- Coordinate with clients regarding product requirements, formulations, packaging, labeling, and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects until order finalization and payment realization.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat manufacturing business.
Telecalling & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from various databases, portals, and online sources.
- Handle incoming inquiries related to PCD Pharma and Third-Party Manufacturing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline and conversion funnel.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners.
- Ensure prompt response to inquiries and customer requirements.
- Resolve client concerns and coordinate internally for timely support.
- Encourage repeat business and client referrals.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and business closures.
- Update CRM/ERP systems regularly.
- Submit daily call reports and monthly business development reports.
- Track sales performance against assigned targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New PCD Franchise partners onboarded
- Third-Party Manufacturing orders generated
- Monthly sales revenue achieved
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Lead conversion ratio
- Repeat business generated
- Client retention rate
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business Management.
Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Experience in PCD Pharma Franchise and/or Third-Party Manufacturing business development is mandatory.
- Candidates without pharma industry experience will not be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of the PCD Pharma business model.
- Understanding of Third-Party Manufacturing processes.
- Excellent telecalling and client acquisition skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- CRM, MS Office, and email communication proficiency.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience working with pharmaceutical companies in PCD Franchise or Third-Party Manufacturing sales.
- Strong network of distributors, franchise partners, pharma marketers, and healthcare businesses.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
