JD - Key Responsibilities
Hardware Support
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues promptly.
Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as required.
Technical Support
Provide first-level and second-level technical support to users.
Troubleshoot operating system, software, and hardware issues.
Respond to user service requests and resolve incidents within defined timelines.
Assist employees with system setup and troubleshooting.
Network & Connectivity Support
Support LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for issue resolution.
Monitor network performance and report abnormalities.
Preventive Maintenance
Conduct regular preventive maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
Ensure proper functioning of UPS systems and power backup devices.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Asset Management
Track and maintain IT hardware inventory.
Update asset registers and equipment allocation records.
Coordinate procurement and disposal of IT equipment as per company policy.
Security & Compliance
Ensure antivirus and security updates are installed on all systems.
Follow IT security policies and data protection guidelines.
Report security incidents and vulnerabilities to the IT Manager.
Documentation
Maintain service logs, troubleshooting records, and inventory documentation.
Prepare periodic reports on hardware performance and support activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
