Requirement - Procurement Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced Project Procurement Executive to join our team on a third-party basis.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in project procurement and
a deep understanding of engineering equipment. This role requires the ability to handle projects independently,
manage the entire sourcing-to-pay process, and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Independently manage procurement activities for assigned projects,
ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers,
drafting and managing contracts.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to set KPIs, define liquidated
damages, and ensure project requirements are met.
Contract Drafting: Draft and manage project contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions
are clearly defined and adhered to.
Financial Management: Handle ABG, PBG, and Letters of Credit, create purchase orders
in Oracle to facilitate GRN, and provide cash flow projections to finance.
Reporting: Update management with MIS reports and savings updates, and conduct
project reconciliation and resolution of issues at the end of the project.
Dispute resolution : Actively involve and resolve the disputes against any major contract at the end of project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience in project procurement.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of engineering equipment (Material Handling,
Crushing Equipment, Fabrications and Erections, Civil Jobs, Electrical, safety items)
Proven ability to handle projects independently.
Expertise in the sourcing-to-pay process.
Preparing estimations, Strong negotiation skills and the ability to put up proposals while following
company procurement policies.
Experience in coordinating with stakeholders, setting KPIs, and defining liquidated damages.
Proficiency in drafting project contracts.
Knowledge of handling ABG, PBG, and Letters of Credit.
Experience with Oracle for creating purchase orders and facilitating GRN.
Ability to provide cash flow projections to finance.
Strong MIS and reporting skills for management updates.
Experience in project reconciliation and resolving issues at the end of projects.
Project tenure: 1.5 to 2 years.
Experience: 15 to 20 Years
