The role is responsible for driving international sales and managing key client relationships in logistics and customs services. The incumbent will handle client acquisition, coordination, and end-to-end sales follow-ups across courier, high-value shipments, fine art logistics, and FTZ solutions, while working closely with operations for seamless service delivery.
- Drive international sales and business development for logistics and customs services.
- Conduct daily client visits and meetings to build relationships and generate new business.
- Handle end-to-end client coordination, including requirement understanding, solution pitching, and follow-ups.
- Manage sales for LVP (Low Value Shipments) and CSB5 (Courier mode shipments) along with high-value shipments.
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and service delivery.
- Follow up on fine art logistics, luxury watches movement, and FTZ (Free Trade Zone) services.
- Work on customs brokerage-related sales opportunities and client requirements.
- Track and follow up on billing, invoicing, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and closures to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support.
- 4–10 years of experience in international sales within logistics, freight forwarding, or customs brokerage.
- Strong understanding of custom clearance processes, LVP, CSB5, and high-value shipments.
- Experience in handling B2B clients and key accounts.
- Exposure to fine art logistics, luxury goods, or FTZ services will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Result-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation and closures.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
