Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle guest queries and support front-office/service operations.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain professional grooming and hospitality standards.
- Support the team in achieving operational and customer satisfaction goals.
- Learn and follow company SOPs, policies and service standards.
