Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Professional to manage and strengthen our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance for a workforce of approximately 500 employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR Operations and ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes.
- Drive and manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, appraisals, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timely salary disbursement, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Handle Employee Relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and other relevant compliances.
- Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage HR reporting, employee records, and workforce-related data.
- Partner with management and department heads on manpower planning, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
