The Manager, Resident Consultant role will be part of the Professional Services Delivery team based in Pune. This team is dedicated to helping customers successfully adopt, deploy, optimize, and operate Nutanix solutions across enterprise environments. Our culture is centered around customer obsession, technical excellence, continuous learning, collaboration across global teams, ownership and accountability, and innovation through reusable assets and automation. The mission of the team is to ensure exceptional customer outcomes while continuously improving delivery capabilities through both consulting-led transformation engagements and operational managed services.
You will report to the Director, Professional Services, who fosters a collaborative and empowering leadership style, focusing on team development and encouraging a culture of accountability and innovation. This role is hybrid, with the expectation that the hire will work in the office a few days a week while also having the flexibility to work remotely.
The role does not require extensive travel, as it primarily involves managing delivery operations and customer engagements from the Pune location. However, occasional travel to customer sites may be necessary.
