Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quotation role based in Hyderabad .The role involves preparing accurate quotations based on customer inquiries, product specifications, and pricing guidelines. The quotation specialist will review tender documents or customer requests, clarify requirements with sales or technical teams, and update prices, discounts, and terms as needed. Daily responsibilities include maintaining quotation records, following up on submitted quotes, and coordinating with procurement, sales, and accounts to ensure consistency between quotes and final orders. The role also includes responding to customer queries, updating price lists and product details, and using basic office software or ERP tools to generate and track quotations. Qualifications Strong numerical ability and attention to detail for preparing accurate quotations and checking pricing, taxes, and terms. Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, email) and willingness to learn ERP or quotation tools. Effective communication skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple enquiries, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Problem-solving mindset to interpret customer requirements, resolve discrepancies, and suggest suitable options. Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate as part of a team with a responsible and ethical approach. Prior experience in quotation, sales coordination, or back-office support is an advantage but not mandatory. Minimum educational qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
