Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales team and drive monthly targets for TVS bikes & scooters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets for TVS bikes, scooters & accessories
2. Lead, train and motivate a team of 4-6 Sales Executives
3. Handle customer walk-ins, test ride follow-ups, and closing sales
4. Manage exchange, finance, insurance & RTO paperwork with team
5. Maintain CRM, daily sales reports & stock display
6. Ensure customer satisfaction & handle escalations
Requirements:
1. Any Degree preferred
2. 2+ years experience in 2-wheeler/automobile sales
3. Must know Malayalam, English. Hindi is a plus
4. Good leadership & communication skills
5. Two-wheeler driving license mandatory
6. Basic Excel & WhatsApp marketing knowledge
