Skills Required:
- Proven experience in SharePoint Online architecture and migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and third-party migration tools.
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, MS-700, MS-101, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Stream migration and integration with SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Purview for compliance and identity management.
- Background in change management and user adoption strategies.
